4 REASONS TO USE CHIROTOUCH SOFTWARE

ChiroTouch is a fully integrated and compliant system that lets small to mid-sized chiropractic clinics manage electronic health records and schedule appointments to help them streamline operations and improve patient care. It also keeps SOAP notes and enables for payment processing and claims monitoring, and it may be customised to meet specific needs. ChiroTouch software is a cutting-edge practise management system created exclusively for chiropractic offices. Chirotouch is the ideal place to go for EMR, billing, chiropractic SOAP notes, advanced scheduling, and practise management software all in one place. Our chiropractic software delivers a very easy and fully configurable documentation system that allows your practise to spend more time delivering exceptional patient care by utilising the newest Microsoft.NET connections.

  • EHR Compatibility: The document management tool in ChiroTouch allows you to scan or import all of your patient data into an electronic file. This system is the bedrock of a paperless practise. The electronic health record (EHR) is here to stay, and a growing number of chiropractors are opting to go paperless. Waiting to make the modification will merely delay your conversion process.
  • Instant Records Retrieval: Your data will always be structured and accessible, ensuring that information in your workplace is never misplaced. Insurance cards, intake forms, status reports, patient photographs, external papers, and x-rays may all be saved and accessed at the push of a button in our bottomless file cabinet. You may rest confident that your electronic records will be safe and secure.
  • Forms in Electronic Format: Choose from more than 60 preloaded forms, have ChiroTouch complete them for you, and save them to the patient’s electronic filing cabinet. With our forms, you may almost completely reduce the expenditures of paper, ink, and filing! Furthermore, you may avoid the hassles of faxing and mailing forms by sending them by email.

We can assist you whether you have a high-volume practise with numerous colleagues and disciplines or are just starting out. Our HIPAA-compliant software, which includes the latest biometric security upgrades, ensures that patient data is protected in a smooth manner. You can keep complete control over patient intake and record retrieval with our unrivalled data management services. ChiroTouch chiropractic software system is your option for a totally paperless workplace, no matter what your practise demands are.

chirotouch’s key benefits:

  • Improved Patient Care: With consolidated patient data, seamless billing, and expedited check-in and check-out processes, you may reduce paperwork and increase patient care quality.
  • Data Protection: Cloud hosting ensures data security and automatic backup.
  • Improved Coordination: A centralised record and quick, safe, and electronic document transfers keep staff and patients informed about many parts of the treatment plan.
  • Compliant with HIPAA: Maintain HIPAA compliance with meaningful use criteria to avoid being penalised for failing to meet technological requirements.

Characteristics:

  • Streamline caregiving with digital patient profiles that include critical information such as contact and communication information, diagnostic and treatment plans, appointments, treatment history, and more.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Management: Schedule and manage appointments online. To improve the intake process, allow patients to schedule their own visits and fill out intake paperwork through a dedicated patient site. Send email and SMS reminders for upcoming appointments and communicate with patients over a secure system.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Create and send invoices with integrated payment links by email and SMS. Make the billing process go faster by preserving patients’ payment information and allowing them to pay their bills in person, online, or with contactless devices.
  • Outcome Assessment: Use pre-built templates to record clinical outcome evaluations for both patient-reported and clinician-reported outcomes. Track patient progress, improve patient engagement, and efficiently assess healthcare practise.
  • Notes on SOAP: To keep track of a patient’s development and keep all pertinent information organised in one location, keep a bulleted list of subjective, objective, assessment, and plan (SOAP).
  • Claims Management: To decrease unqualified or unresolved claims, verify insurance eligibility and scrub claims in line with HIPAA regulations.

Limitations:

As of the time of writing this review, the following limitations apply:

  • There are just a few reports available.
  • The user interface is not user-friendly.
  • It takes time to set up and train new employees.
  • Database connection problems are a common occurrence.

REVEIWS:

  • Excellent Quality and Service

I’ve been using ChirTouch for five years and enjoy it. It is something I suggest to all of the chiropractors I work with. Customer support is frequently really helpful, and they are at the very least attentive and prompt in their responses. The whole system is flawlessly integrated, from online appointment requests to auto-population of documentation, self-check-ins, and invoicing, and it truly outperforms every other chiro software I’ve used. The patient remarks are the only item that need assistance. Instead of distinguishing the amount owed from the insurance company and the patient, it will combine the two numbers before the insurance company has paid the DOS and print a statement as if the patient owes the whole balance, which is not cost effective given the hundreds of patients we have. I’m still trying to find out the best approach to print correct statements in mass, and I’d appreciate any advice from ChiroTouch or anybody else who knows how to do it.

Pros:

All fundamental features are obvious, and they are simple to use and organise.

Cons:

Only one thing: when trying to make a’mass’ monthly production, the patient declarations are far too detailed.

  1. . Better than we had, but not exceptional.

We were migrating from a clinic-specific EHR that wasn’t performing adequately.

Pros:

The version I have is stored at work. I’m aware that EHR is migrating to an online platform, which is the “in thing” at the moment. However, with the hosted version, I own the licence and, once paid off, I’m not required to pay the $400 per month fee to utilise it.

Cons:

They don’t show you how to utilise the programme in a real-world situation. Yes, they show you how to use the buttons. Knowing what the dials on an aeroplane signify, however, is not the same as being able to fly one.

ChiroTouch is preferred for a variety of reasons.

Practice Fusion was a pleasant EHR to use. It just lacked the chiropractic-specific choices that made it simple to use. Yes, it is possible that I might have coded it in. However, that took a long time. You could make it work for chiropractic, but it isn’t designed up that way, making it difficult to use properly.
