Vaping can make the transition smoother and more enjoyable, but there are certain things you should expect when making the switch:

1.      It might need to be a gradual transition

Many cigarette smokers decide to quit this negative habit cold turkey in an effort to switch to vaping. While this might seem like a good idea initially, it often leaves people craving cigarettes, thus making it much more likely they will fall back into their old smoking habit. Instead, a gradual transition might be a better solution.

You could start by alternating between vaping and smoking for a few weeks, and then gradually reducing the number of cigarettes you consume until you finally manage to switch to vaping only. Although this might be a lengthy process, it will undoubtedly make the transition from smoking to vaping significantly less challenging for your mind and body.

Not only would this make vaping prohibited in institutions such as schools, hospitals, and airplanes, but it could also leave regulations open to interpretation, meaning vaping could be banned in some bars and restaurants as well.

If you want to avoid breaking the law and be a more respectful vaper, it’s best to only vape in those areas where smoking is allowed as well. Whenever you aren’t sure if vaping is allowed, the safest option is always to simply ask about it.

Switching from smoking to vaping can be a great decision for your overall health, as well as a wonderful opportunity to explore new methods and flavors. Hopefully, the helpful tips mentioned above will allow you to make this transition an easier and more enjoyable one.
