At Catalyst Condo Management, we wish to provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing your property is well managed amidst the recent COVID-19 outbreak.
We have been monitoring the COVID-19 updates diligently. We are taking all necessary precautions and steps to ensure your building is resilient amidst this unpredictable time.
Contractors in Buildings
Our management team has been communicating with contractors to ensure services are not
interrupted unnecessarily. We are also ensuring contractors are not permitted into the building if they are sick, have been asked to self-quarantine or have left the country in the last 14 days.
Additional Measures
Residents can also help by following Calgary Public Health guidelines:
✓ Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 15 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
✓ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
✓ Avoid close contact with people who are ill.
✓ Stay home when you are ill.
✓ Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then immediately throw the tissue in the garbage and wash your hands.
✓ If you don’t have a tissue, sneeze or cough into your sleeve or arm.
✓ Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
✓ Follow direction from your health care provider if requested to self-isolate for the period required by your health-care provider.
Office Closure
To keep everyone safe, we have closed our offices and our employees will be working from home until further notice. Our team has access to all the programs and tools they need to fully support our clients so they do not see a disruption in service.
For residents requesting keys, fobs and booking elevators for their moves, we will be setting up a process for you to be able to pick them up from our office building with limitations.
