Consequences Of Not Getting Enough Sleep

Not getting enough sleep has never resulted in anything that’s productive. You might have probably observed that if you don’t get enough sleep, you don’t feel like yourself the next day.

5.  Immune system dysfunction :

Whether the reason is small or big, not getting enough sleep will always lead you towards some health issue, start prioritizing your sleep and maintain a good health.
