     1. Charge Your Phone Away From Your Bedroom

When you have too many devices in your bedroom, then your brain will see your bedroom as a place where you work and be productive as opposed to a space where you sleep. Basically, you want to make your brain know that once you’re in your bedroom that it is time to relax and sleep.      2. Make Sure You Are Cool

According to studies, as many as 47% of people don’t get good quality of sleep and lose out on a minimum of 3 hours of sleep because their partner tosses in bed, snores or turns a lot. So, instead of a digital clock, simply use a traditional clock with hands. Once the room is dark, you won’t be able to tell what time it is and you’ll be able to fall asleep more easily.
