At the same time, the battery must be maintained and tested regularly. If an abnormality is found, you need to go to a regular repair service outlet for repair and treatment immediately.

A non-rechargeable fire, a very common scenario is that the power battery pack is knocked down after the chassis is bumped, or the power battery pack is damaged after a pure electric vehicle is hit in a traffic accident, which may also cause the battery to catch fire. If there is a chassis collision, you still need to go to a regular 4S electrical inspection immediately.

纯电动汽车能量补充方式一般依靠的是充电桩,但是在使用充电桩进行充电时,避免充电时间较长,尤其是高温条件下充电,控制充电时间。因为对于动力电池来说,充电其实就是内部的化学反应过程。长时间充电,化学反应越发剧烈,就会导致电池温度上升,从而容易发生热失控现象。

 

3.改装要留意

 

虽然对新能源汽车改装的朋友较少,但是也不乏有改装的存在。对于汽车的改装,很多情况下都会涉及到线路,而部分改装店施工不当,导致线路出现短路,就会加大起火的可能性。

 

4.安全驾驶很重要

 

在行驶过程中因碰撞发生起火的现象也较多。因为碰撞会导致电池变形,线路很容易出现短路,这时候电池的温度会快速上升,从而导致起火甚至爆炸。

 

要预防新能源汽车起火的出现,车主需要养成良好的用车习惯和安全驾驶习惯。除此之外,作为车企和电池企业来说,需要提高动力电池的稳定性和防护能力,这样多管齐下才能够更好的避免起火的发生
