My90sTV Simulator Takes You Back To The ’90s

We all grew up in the ’90s, and we’re pretty nostalgic about that era. That’s why I’m so excited to share with you my latest project, My90sTV simulator, which allows you to watch TV like you did in the ’90s. It recreates the original ads, music videos, movie trailers, and shows from that time period so you can bask in the glory of your favorite childhood memories (or laugh at some of the corny things you watched as a kid).

One of my favorite things about My 90s TV is seeing how commercials and ads have changed over time. It’s easy to forget that television and media were once our primary information, entertainment, and shopping sources. Now we can get everything from our phones. But it wasn’t always that way–and ads were a big part of childhood for many people who are now in their 20s and 30s. Watching old commercials makes me nostalgic for my own youth–not just childhood but my teenage years too. While I was too young for Jersey Shore or Titanic, there were plenty of other shows around (such as Seinfeld or MTV’s House of Style) that have stood the test of time! 

This gives us all a chance to compare what we remember with what pop culture has become. Even more fun: look for products that no longer exist today! So much so that when reruns of Judge Judy aired on Nickelodeon in 2009 and 2010, kids called the network wondering if they could sit in her chair. On My 90s TV Simulator, visitors can relive these childhood memories with a full-length episode of Judge Judy that even includes an episode rundown for all users who want some more context about each trial.
