If you have any injured muscle, you will be instructed to perform light stretching, exercises that are designed especially for you. You can perform these at your home in a scheduled time.

  • Maintain your regular activities:

With the help of physical therapy, you can get back to your regular activities and maintain a healthy life in no time, just follow the instructions and work accordingly.
