Want a Grand SUV with the Most Sophisticated Technology? Look to Lincoln

Smartphones are so ubiquitous today that car manufacturers incorporate the tech right into the dashboard. A device once thought too futuristic to be possible is now so commonplace that it hardly warrants a shrug.

In this fantastic era of hand-held technology, the tech in a vehicle must be special if people are blown away by it.When deciding whether to buy a Lexus or Lincoln SUV, the Navigator’s featuresmake the decision easy. Let’s take a closer look.

Lincoln Co-Pilot 360

Now, driving safely has never been easier. The Lincoln Navigator comes with the auto manufacturer’s package of advanced technology knows as Lincoln Co-Pilot 360, which makes driving less stressful and less dangerous.

Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking is a feature that uses radars to scan the road and sense if there’s a risk of a collision up ahead. If there is, the vehicle will brace itself to come to a safe stop. If the driver doesn’t take any corrective action, the vehicle will apply the brakes automatically.

The Forward and Reverse Sensing System alerts the driver if there’s an object behind or in front of the car. Enhanced Active Park Assist uses ultrasonic sensors to locate the perfect parking spot and help guide the car in—all the driver needs to do is handle the accelerator, shifter buttons and brakes, and the vehicle will guide the steering wheel.

Head-Up Display

Choose driving information you think is important, then have it projected onto the windshield so you can keep informed without taking your eyes off the road. Choose from standard driving information to data about the unique systems in Lincoln, such as Lane-Keeping System information, and more.

Personal Profiles

Don’t you hate it when someone borrows your car, and the mirrors and seat are in the wrong position when you get behind the wheel? With the Lincoln Navigator, up to three key fobs can be programmed to remember personal settings.

The vehicle will detect your key and adjust itself according to your preferences upon your approach.Personalize your settings for:

  • Climate control
  • Seat position
  • Mirror position
  • Pedal position
  • Audio settings

Other vehicles may let you control these things, but with Lincoln, they adjust themselves to you. From the second you open the door, you’ll feel right at home in the Lincoln Navigator.

Adaptive LED Headlamps

Lincoln Headlamps change the light they cast according to the vehicle’s speed. At slow speeds, the light is broad. When the vehicle picks up speed, the light it casts is tighter and focused.

This allows the driver to always see clearly. Plus, the lights are designed to last throughout the vehicle’s lifetime, so they’re unlikely to be replaced.

Lincoln has always been famous for building grand vehicles with sumptuous luxuries and terrific engines. These qualities are in the bones of the Lincoln Navigator, but the addition of so much other incredible technology makes the Navigator an exceptional SUV.
