why erectile dysfunction is becoming a common disease these days

The lifestyle of human beings is changing day by day. In recent years, we do all things by ourselves and do a lot of work the whole day. Now we have preferred comfort over hard work, so we are getting sick with different diseases. Erectile dysfunction is one of those diseases which is increasing these years. Old age men are suffering through it; many youths are also ill with this disease and are worried about curing it.

Mostly we don’t pay heed to what we have adopted, and after the time, we have nothing except repenting. That’s why today, we will discuss some causes behind the spread of ED in people. So let’s explore these causes;

  • Diabetes or heart problem

Sometimes ED can be caused by physical issues like diabetes and heart problems. Those who are suffering from heart problems cannot perform better in bed. As in sex, the heartbeat increases with high blood pressure. So a person with heart issues cannot perform well and cause Erectile dysfunction.

Diabetes is also a physical root cause behind ED as it can create weakness in you. Most diabetes patients are weak enough to compete in sexual situations. Furthermore, injecting insulin, again and again, can make your gallbladder weak. So if you have diabetes or heart problems, consult with your physician to avoid any other disease like ED.

  • Smoking and excessive use of alcohol

Smoking is becoming a fashion nowadays. At their most young age, our boys and girls start smoking cigarettes, ice, and other kinds of tobacco. Consequently, their stomach and exit system are getting weak day by day. So Erectile dysfunction can target these types of people.

Those who love to drink alcohol are becoming major causes of erectile dysfunction. Alcohol can damage your liver and lungs. Maybe you get stones in your lungs, and your erection during sex may pain you. So stop drinking and get rid of sexual failure if you can do acoustic wave therapy for ed at home.

These are some of the reasons behind the increase in Erectile dysfunction these days. So leave bad habits to wake up early in the morning and go jogging. Enjoy a healthy lifestyle, and thank God for being fit and healthy.
