  • Aloe Vera

It is best known for its healing property. You may put a little amount say 1 tbsp. Of juice in your mouth and it will kill the bacteria and germs. Rinse your mouth with warm water.

  • Herbs

Herbs like mint, chamomile and sage are known for their medicinal properties. Take 1 tbsp. Of chamomile, 1 tsp of mint, 1 tsp of sage. Add a little amount of oak bark in these herbs and fill it with 4 cups of hot water. Wait for it to cool and strain the water out. Add 1 tbsp of salt in this water. All you need to do is to swish this water in your mouth twice a day when you’re done with brushing.
