The place I was investing in was pretty beautiful, and there were multiple elements that I loved at this place. Kalpataru Eternia (Starlight) is a project Near DMart KDhokali, Thane West, Mumbai. The site had its beauty, and they were offering 1BHK with a starting price of ₹89 Lacs. There are various options ranging from ₹89 Lacs to ₹2.25 Crores for a 1,2,3 and 4 BHK.
The place has all the greenery around and good scenery where I can spend my quality time. I love living alone, and that’s what I’ve done for years now that I’m going for this place. I was ready to enter and spend the best years of my life here. A new home brings so much happiness, and I was pretty excited to move in here as soon as the project was completed.
