When the debt became huge without any help in sight, he had no option than to look for a job to sustain himself. After searching for a job for some time, he finally got a job as a restaurant busboy. 

He met his mentor, who taught him all he needed to know about the stock and financial market at 22. After his training, he became a full-time trader and investor.
