  • Food Habit

Another most critical term is food habit. A person whose daily routine consists of junk foods is more likely to suffer from dental issues than that person who does not list the junk foods in his daily routine. Junk food contains a high amount of sugar which badly injures our dental health. This type of cases is often seen in children because they are not enough to take care of their teeth in proper manners. Another thing is, we all should select those nourishments which has acid in high proportion.
