Telegram is a cloud-based mobile and desktop messaging app with a focus on security and speed. Telegram is currently available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows, and macOS. The Telegram app looks very similar to WhatsApp, but it comes with several features that make it stand out.

Telegram(飞机APP) is currently available for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Windows, and macOS. It comes with an array of features including cloud storage capabilities and the ability to create groups for up to 200 people.
The app also enables users to send each other images and videos in addition to text messages or documents.
Add priority download on Telegram Android
If you want to prioritize the download of photos in Telegram, you can use this tip.
Open the Telegram app and go to the profile of any user whose photo you want to prioritize. Click on the camera icon at the top right corner of your screen and then choose “View Profile” from its dropdown menu.
Now, tap on his or her image as shown in step 1 above and send a message saying “Download” which will appear when you hover over it using your finger or mouse cursor.
Priority can be given to downloading the photos you received on messenger
You can prioritize downloading photos you receive on the messenger over other tasks the app is performing, like downloading media. You can do so by using the priority download feature.
To prioritize downloading photos on Telegram Android:
Open Telegram and tap the photo or video to open it in full-screen view.
Tap on the More icon from the top-right corner and then tap Settings from the popup menu that appears next to it as shown in the screenshot below:
Now scroll down till you find the Download Quality setting and tap on it to expand its options:
To prioritize downloading your photos on Telegram
To prioritize downloading your photos on Telegram(Telegram中文下载), open the app and tap on the hamburger menu icon in the top right corner. Then, scroll down to the Settings menu and tap Data & Storage.
Tap Photos and toggle on Prioritize photos.
Scroll down and select Settings
To view your data usage settings, follow the steps below:
Tap the Menu icon.
Tap Settings.
Scroll down and select Data and storage, then select Manage backup options to see how much space you’re using on Telegram and clear out old files if necessary (you can do this by tapping the Storage used by Telegram option). You can also access photos saved in your Telegram account through this menu screen (tap Photos).
Tap Data & Storage
On your Android device, tap the Data & Storage icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Tap Photos.
Tap the toggle button next to Prioritize photos to turn it on (blue). This will allow you to use less data when loading images from Telegram servers and make more space for other apps and files on your phone or tablet
Select Photos
The Photos section is where you can find your most recent photos and videos, which are organized by date. When you tap on the menu button in the top-right corner of this screen, it will open up your options to select more filters or sort photos by their current status (whether they’re online or offline).
Step 3: Turn on Priority Download
You can now set the priority download setting to OFF by default so that downloading media only happens when you want it to happen. To do this, tap on Settings > Data & Storage > Memory Usage > Priority Download. You should see a toggle switch here; tap on it to turn off Priority Downloading.
Now toggle on Prioritize photos
This feature allows you to prioritize photo downloads over other tasks the app is performing, like downloading media.
For example, if you’re downloading a video and have several photos pending in your feed, this option will make Telegram pause the video download until all photos are downloaded first.
Turn on the Priority Photos option to increase the speed of receiving images
To prioritize photos, turn on the Prioritize Photos option. This will give receiving images a boost when you’re waiting for them to load in messages and chats.
To turn on this option:
On your phone, open Telegram and tap More Settings > Advanced Settings > Priority Download.
Turn on the Prioritize Photos option if it’s not already turned on by default (it should be green).
In general
You can now prioritize downloading your photos on Telegram. This will make it much faster for you to view images in messages, especially when they’re sent in a chat with more than one photo.
