Naser follows a balanced diet plan with counted calories and hard workout. He keeps his followers on Instagram updated through engaging stories.

I love to keep my body fit all the time. Moreover, I plan to stay fit till I become 70, then I might stop. I workout with weights and do cardio sessions for a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes daily. 5 days (Monday-Friday) working out and 2 days recovery (Saturday & Sunday) depends on when it’s needed.

What is your favorite healthy food?

Chicken’s breast is what I eat to feed my muscles after workout. Along with that, I prefer salad and other vegetarian meals to provide additional nutritional elements to my body.

What do you think about your competitors in this industry?

I am into modeling since 2008. My experience has taught me many things. Moreover, my competitors motivates me to do better in the modeling industry.

Could you please tell us more about your daily routine?

My daily routine includes 30 minutes of jogging and cardio sessions sprints for 100 meters followed by some mix workout. This is what I follow every day.

How do you imagine a typical day in work?

Completing new achievements and increasing productivity, setting goals and get them done is what I think everyday during work.

What sort of clothes do you wear?

I don’t stick to one kind of style, I create new fashion style and let others know about it through my Instagram posts.

What do you think about competition in this industry?

I love to work in modeling industry, it brings the best of all my competitors and it improves the products and service that is provided in the industry. Moreover, the competition motivates me to stay ahead of my competitors.
