Although no proven research exists on microdosing, anecdotal data has been collected based on the personal experience of people. Dr. James Fadiman, the author of The Psychedelic Explorer’s Guide, has gathered information from many microdoses out there, and he put together a summary of the effects, optimal dosages, and scheduling.
While the individual experiences of the microdoses vary, many people reported similar outcomes after microdosing. It is uncertain, but based on other reports, the following sensations are likely:
- Most users reported increased creativity during the mornings, especially when engaging in work and creative projects. Reports state how easy it is to get into a workflow, making the work process much more enjoyable and productive.
