The best way to promote your event is with quality 3D renderings and design to show an audience what an event may look like with realistic imagery. Special softwares like Blender or Cinema4D allow for users to create photorealistic imagery and design showing an audience or investors what a floor plan is, where seating is located, or what a stage looks like. This is one of the best ways to market and show off before an event happens or is built. Las Vegas local business Lumen and Forge are in the market of 3D visualization, projection mapping, content production and projection dome venues. When thinking about planning a 3D event Lumen and Forge need to be in your mind.

What is 3d event design?
3D event design is best used when creating renderings for events, designing stages or pieces, and layouts. These renders and imagery are great for marketing as well as showing investors or clientele the whole project. These 3D designs can be full walkthroughs that the audience can follow with or just standalone shots to show focal points of the event.
Why is Lumen and Forge the most qualified?
All events go through a phase in their early process where they design the event and 3D rendering is a fantastic way to get an idea of what works and what might not once you see what it would look like. Lumen and Forge have been making strides in the business for 10 years making them a quality choice when looking for 3D event design. With massive projects such as the Tropicana we want to take a look at some of their most impressive feats and how they were able to handle all of them.
Atlanta
For superbowl LIV in 2019 as well as superbowl LV 2020 Lumen and Forge put on the largest projection dome in Atlanta. Lumen and Forge were tasked with building and creating content to match a massive 255 ft x 175 ft dome that had 40,000 square feet of room and hosted 60,000 people. The project went over the course of a weekend with L&M working the VJ booth as well as having technicians running the projections. In the process of the event they had also set a world record for the largest projection dome in the world! All of which needed to be designed in 3D software beforehand. Models had to be created in order to match the projections seamlessly onto the massive dome.
Just recently the team was back at it again making history by transforming the famous Tropicana hotel on the Las Vegas strip into a massive projection screen. In order to properly handle this event the team sought out to create an exact model of the Tropicana in 3D software to match our projections perfectly onto the surface of the building. L&M planned out the event to create the world’s largest video game screen by hosting a livestream on the screen for viewers alike to all tune into. This grand event took home the prize for being the largest video game screen setting another world record.
Conclusion
If you are in need of quality 3D renderings or event design before creation then finding the right company to handle all your needs is mandatory. Lumen and Forge is that company and with their ability to travel wherever is needed they are only a call away from making your dreams happen.
