Isn’t it exciting to know that there are ways that can help you get treated with your ailments without taking pain relievers or going through therapies? As simple as attending movement class online, you can get to enjoy the relief. But of course, this won’t happen, if in the first place, the class you are attending is not teaching you the right patterns, steps and information.
Moving on, out of the many institutions providing online classes, finding a good and trusted institution like the Native State, is not the easiest to do. To help you in making sure that you won’t miss, here are some signs that you are in the wrong movement class.
Red Flags That You Are In The Wrong Movement Class
Here are some of the red flags you have to closely look at when dealing with an institution to enroll a movement class:
- After a long time, you are not seeing and feeling improvements
If you cannot see or feel any improvement after a long time doing the movement class, then there could be something wrong, not with you but the class. If you are religiously following what they ask for, and see no improvement, then it is time that you look for other available classes.
Sure, you are having fun, but you have to go back on track and remember why you are doing this. If the improvements are not there despite being a good follower, changing class is something you have to do immediately.
- Classes are always suspended
If the classes of the institution are always suspended, there is no reason to stay with them. Why would you stay in an institution that does not give value to their profession and students? Even if they are giving away free training and classes, if they always suspend them, what is the use? You might just be waiting for something that won’t happen.
Explore and find other institutions that can really help you.
- Very few participants
If the class has very few participants, asking why the count is that low is a good idea. The more students they have, the more trustworthy they are, hence if they have no students, trust is not yet there. You can try, but risk of not getting what you want is there.
- Has many bad feedback
If the institution receives too many bad feedbacks, stepping back just to check on the bigger picture is a good idea. But just so you know, not all reviews online are worthy to believe on, but there is nothing harm if you investigate.
- Unknown practitioner
If they do not disclose their practitioner, thinking whether they can deliver to your expectations or not is a good idea. More than the institution, it is the practitioner that can make or break your dream of being able to move without pain, and free yourself from physical pain you are currently experiencing.
If the practitioner is someone you do not know, search more information about him/her before attending his/her class.
- Asking for a huge payment upfront
If the institution requires for a payment, asking for partial or full payment is okay, but if the amount they are asking is far from their original cost, questioning why it is the case is a must. They may give you many excuses, but needless to say, paying for too huge amount upfront without knowing why it is needed is dubious and alarming.
Do not worry if you do not want to spend, as there are many institutions that offer their service free of charge to anyone who needs it.
- Requiring you to provide with too many personal information
Asking for your name, physical address, email address, and contact number is normal, but if it goes beyond that, like type of car you own, number of bank accounts you have, etc., run and make sure never to come back. They do not need that when training you, hence asking for this information may sound a bit odd and questionable.
- They are not open for inquiries
Not all institutions have customer service team to speak with, but talking about safety, it is always best if you are given a way to contact anyone from their institution. Of course, questions may come in before, during and after classes, and being able to ask information that are unclear to you is truly satisfying.
- Getting available slot in class is very hard to achieve
If you are having a hard time getting a slot in their class, then choosing other institutions where you can secure a slot easier is what you need to do. You won’t be able to get what these classes can offer if in the first place, you cannot get a spot to attend classes you should attend.
